The above said German Shepherd is sold with LIMITED REGISTRATION______ OR FULL REGISTRATION_______

for the total price of $_________________. A deposit of $_______________ is hereby made and the cash balance is

due to Seller before this dog is placed in the Buyer’s possession. Registration papers will also be held until balance is

paid in full. The Buyer understands that once a deposit is made, it is a commitment to buy said dog and therefore

NON-REFUNDABLE. Buyer will forfeit deposit and said dog may be re-sold if not paid in full by specified date being

IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND THAT NO

OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

If this dog has been classified with FULL REGISTRATION by Seller, the dog shows POTENTIAL to show or breed.

This is judged by Seller, at the time of sale, it is not a guarantee.

If this dog has been classified with LIMITED REGISTRATION by Seller, it does not qualify as a SHOW/BREEDING

dog. Limited registration means that the offspring of this dog CANNOT be registered. Buyer agrees to have puppy

spayed or neutered by the age of 12 months.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

Seller guarantees this is a purebred German Shepherd offspring of the previously mentioned Sire and Dam.

Seller guarantees this dog to be free of communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of sale. Dog is

healthy on delivery, has been wormed, vaccinated, examined by veterinarian, (if picked up at 8 weeks of age or

more) and when shipped by air, comes with a veterinarian health certificate. Illnesses must be confirmed by a

veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival. After that, the health of the dog is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer

assumes full responsibility for all costs and care for said dog.

Seller reserves the right to get a second veterinarian’s opinion.

HIP GUARANTEE

If the dog is sold with Full Registration, dog is guaranteed to pass OFA hip exams. Hip X-rays must be taken and

submitted to the OFA before the age of 30 months, and BEFORE BREEDING. Within two years from date of

purchase should your puppy develop hip dysplasia, upon receipt of (1) a letter from a licensed veterinarian attesting

to such condition (copies of x-rays); (2) a copy of the OFA evaluation report; and (3) the AKC registration

certificate on such puppy, you will receive a replacement puppy of equal value from our next available litter or

refund of purchase price, excluding shipping, crate and health certificate.

If the dog is sold with limited registration, this puppy is a pet and should not be bred. Within one year from date of

purchase, should your puppy develop hip dysplasia , which severely diminishes your puppy’s quality and enjoyment

of life and necessitate euthanasia, upon receipt of (1) a letter from a licensed veterinarian attesting to such condition

(copies of X-rays); (2) a copy of the OFA evaluation report; and (3) the AKC registration certificate on such puppy,

you will receive a replacement puppy of equal value from our next a available litter or refund of purchase price,

excluding shipping, crate and health certificate.

SPAY OR NUETER

If said dog is sold with limited registration, buyer agrees to spay or neuter this puppy between the age of seven and

nine months of age and to mail LoKo German Shepherds a veterinarian verification upon completion of that operation.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Registration papers will be furnished when complete payment is made for the puppy. The buyer as the option of

naming their new dog with the exception that all puppies carry LoKo in front of registered name. Buyer agrees to

If buyer fails to use “LoKo” in front of the registered name or to register dog in accordance with this paragraph, all

guarantees made by Seller in this contract will become void.

GUARANTEES BECOME NULL AND VOID IF:

(1)The dog changes ownership

(2)The dog is bred before 2 years of age or OFA certification is obtained

(3) Evidence of abuse is present.

(4) The dog is not AKC registered with “LoKo” at the beginning of registered name within one year from the date of

purchase

BUYER AGREEMENT

The purchaser promises to keep the dog in a proper manner, including adequate food and water, housing, health

care and appropriate treatment. Buyer agrees not to tie or chain dog unless supervised by an adult at all times.

If problems arise concerning keeping or training, or if the dog becomes seriously ill, the BUYER agrees to consult

the Breeder. If it should prove necessary for the dog to change hands, the breeder has prior purchase rights for a

period limited to two weeks.

The Buyer agrees to inform Seller of address or phone number changes for the life of the dog.

Buyer agrees not to sell, trade, give away or lease out the dog without the written permission of the Seller.

If Buyer violates any part of this contract, all guarantees made by seller in the contract become VOID immediately.

Furthermore, any legal action is to be in the county of the Seller’s residence at time of claim.

Buyer releases Seller, LoKo German Shepherds and their estate from any and all liabilities, and/or damages by

fault of this dog after time of sale. These damages include, but are not limited to, destruction of property and/or

physical damage to any person.

No other warranties are expressed or implied unless explained below:

This contract is made out in duplicate; the Seller and the Buyer each to receive one copy.

NOTE: CONTRACT NOT BINDING UNTIL SIGNED BY BOTH BUYER AND SELLER. UPONE ALL

SIGNATURE COMPLETION, THIS CONTRACT WILL BECOME A LEGAL AND BINDING DOCUMENT, AS

AGREED BY AND BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER.
